1) Colors decide which vegetable, fruit and flower make the cut
2) Prefer heirloom plants and organic gardening
3) Have different mints for color and size
4) Build a winter box to ensure fresh herbs year around
5) Create flowerbed for each season to use as sets
6) Photograph garden when the vegetables are at their best
7) My portfolio pieces have homegrown produce in the dishes
8) Buy seeds by the cover of the package, texture and color of plant
9) Raise caterpillar to photograph them when they emerge from their chrysalis
